Our reformer Pilates sessions are fully personalised, drawing from a range of styles to support your body, goals and stage of life. Each session is tailored to you — your movement, your needs and how you want to feel.

Classic Mat/Reformer
Sessions

A traditional approach rooted in control, precision and alignment. Ideal for building a strong foundation, improving posture and developing balanced strength throughout the body.

Dynamic Mat/Reformer 
Sessions

A more energetic, strength-focused style that challenges endurance, coordination and flow. Perfect for those looking to build strength, raise the heart rate and move with purpose.

Recovery & Rehabilitation
Sessions

A supportive, restorative reformer style designed to aid recovery from injury, manage pain and rebuild strength with care. Sessions are slow, controlled and fully tailored to support safe, confident movement at every stage of recovery.

Jump Board
Reformer Sessions

A dynamic, low-impact cardio-based reformer style using the jumpboard. Great for building stamina, coordination and cardiovascular fitness while staying kind to the joints.

Pilates sessions are available for clients aged 14+ with no upper age limit. All sessions are individually tailored to suit each client’s needs, goals and physical considerations, including pre- and postnatal support.
